SeaSafe Group Bill of Rights

All SeaSafe customers, under any of the SeaSafe programs, including SeaSafe Extended Warranties, SeaSafe Concierge Voyage Assistance or SeaSafe Group Service Plans, are entitled to:

1. Prompt and courteous responses to inquiries concerning any of the benefits of the SeaSafe Group program;

2. Having claims under the extended warranty or service policy handled in a prompt, efficient manner to get the customer back on the water as soon as possible;

3. Charges at a fair and reasonable price for repairs in the event the boat owner is responsible for all or a portion of the repair;

4. An immediate explanation in the event that a claim or request cannot be fulfilled with a clear explanation why the claim cannot be handled by Seasafe;

5. A clean SeaSafe Marine Service Center well staffed with knowledgeable technicians;

6. Full disclosure of SeaSafe's financial position. SeaSafe will make such position public so customers know that their warranty or service plan is secure;

7. Knowledgeable Seasafe claims advisors who are polite and resourceful in the handling of claims or requests;

8. Assistance from Seasafe in the event of a dispute with a repair facility over the quality or success of a repair to a vessel and,

9. The best value for extended warranties and repair programs.

The Customer's Bill of Rights is not intended to constitute, extend, modify or alter any warranties, service contracts or agreements between the Customer and SeaSafe or its dealers. It is intended to set forth the goals of SeaSafe in providing customer service.
