SeaSafe has partnered with Insurance agents and Brokers throughout the United States in an effort to bring boaters what they need. We are sailors and powerboaters. Our staff has been captains and crew on a wide variety of vessels. We know all too well, that things can and do go wrong on the water. Recreational boating is a way of life for us. We offer a variety of options;

Policy Options*

Agreed Value
In the event of a total loss, this coverage option provides for the full agreed-upon value of your vessel.

Replacement Cost**
In the event of a total loss, this coverage option provides the cost to replace the lost property.

Policy Components

Liability Coverage
This is coverage for bodily injury or property damage that results from the use of your watercraft or while operating vessels owned by others.

Medical Payments Coverage
Provides coverage for reasonable and necessary medical expense for you or your passengers

Personal Property Coverage
Coverage is provided for loss or damage to your belongings while aboard your watercraft.

Uninsured Boaters Coverage
Provides coverage for any bodily injury you sustain that is caused by another boater who does not have adequate coverage.

Fuel Spill Liability
Provides coverage for the containment, clean-up, and property damage resulting from a fuel or oil spill from your watercraft.

Salvage
Your watercraft is covered for salvage charges up to the full agreed hull value.

Optional Features

Legal Defense
Coverage is available for legal fees related to a liability claim.

Electronics Coverage
Coverage is available for Navigation as well as Fishing equipment.

*Both options include Physical Loss or Damage Coverage for your boat, engines, electronics and other equipment, as well as any dinghies or trailers you use with your boat. All risks are covered unless specifically excluded.
